Disneyland

We had the best quick trip to Disneyland! We just took Andy and Max and left Violet with Grandma Jean. We did one day in each park and seriously had the best time! These loaded out of order, but here's a bunch of pics:
fireworks on our way out

On the Mater ride with my Maxy.

Max was super into meeting characters this trip and talked about meeting Spiderman for weeks. He kept saying, "I can't believe Spiderman is real! I know he's real cause I met him at Disneyland!"

We tried the Surf's Up Character Breakfast this time and had a blast! Daisy kept coming back to our table, and Andy decided she had a crush on him. :)

Best facial expressions ever. Max's first time on Splash Mountain! It was his first time on most of the big rides.

Max loved meeting Captain Hook since he was dressed as Peter Pan.

Love my boy so much.

I think this was Andy's 3rd Jedi Training!

Max's first time doing Jedi Training.

Peter met Peter!

San Diego

We had such a great trip with the Lee Family to San Diego! Here are some highlights:

Lots of hanging at the house, watching Planet Earth

 Sea World!

Right before the dolphins soaked us all.

Madi shared her poncho. Brendan did not. Ha ha.

An afternoon at the beach

Andy tried Boogie Boarding with Cameron and Greg.

Max and I worked hard on a sandcastle.

Our completed masterpiece.

Andy got buried in sand.

Andy made his own sandcastle

Violet and I got really sick. We both ended up going to instacare and needing antibiotics. I had a bronchial infection. It was really terrible and the worst timing. Pictured is my first time smoking. ;)

We had a great time at the San Diego Zoo

The baby hippo pooped in the water and Max talked about it for weeks.

Madi is the sweetest aunt! She carried Max around cause he was tired.

Violet was done by the end of the day. :)

We visited Ryan & Jen Sumner and their kids! We had such a fun night together. The kids got along so well and had a blast!

Violet went up and down this slide over and over again. She loved it. And Reese was a sweet, attentive cousin. (Violet took her first real steps this night in their house!)

We visited Balboa Park our last morning there and it was SO PRETTY.
