| We had the most fantastic fall break trip to NYC with Andy and Max! It truly was magical. I see why everyone talks about New York in October. It was perfection. Here we are on our first morning, heading out to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. |

| The boys' first intro to Times Square. I think they found it pretty overwhelming and terrifying. There were a few crazies that scared them they they had a lot of questions about. |

| We saw Hamilton! A dream come true for this Hamilton lover. He was disappointed it wasn't the original cast, but otherwise loved it. :) |

| Then we headed to Brooklyn! Max and I were the only ones cool enough to ride the carousel. |

| The next day we tried to go to church, but it was stake conference or something so we were unsuccessful. Still, cool to see the building and the temple! |

| We headed to the Natural History Museum and loved it! Here they are with Sue the T-Rex. The boys had recently seen "Night at the Museum" and wanted to find all the things in the movie, but it turns out a lot of them aren't in the real museum. But luckily, Sue is there! |

| We headed to a cool jazz concert at the Lincoln Center at Dizzy's Club. It was cool! Maybe not our style (it was cowboy music fused with jazz), but still a cool experience. |

| Our final day we headed to The Met. The boys have an awesome art teacher at school who has taught them a lot of art history. They had a lot of great artists they wanted to see works by. Andy's big hope was to see Starry Night, which we realized was actually at the Moma. Oops. Next time, Andy! |
